Framework First Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Framework First website (frameworkfirst.com), our communications, and our services. By using our website, submitting a form, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. Framework First is a licensed California contractor (CSLB #1047146) and manufacturer (MFG #1595931) based in Salinas, California.

1. Use of Our Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access areas or data not intended for you. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

2. Estimates, Pricing & Proposals

Prices, models, timelines, and specifications shown on this website or in marketing materials are for general information and are subject to change without notice. No price, estimate, or proposal is binding unless and until set out in a written agreement signed by Framework First and the client. Property feasibility, permitting outcomes, and final pricing depend on site-specific conditions.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, renderings, model designs, logos, and the Framework First name — is the property of Framework First or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

Program name: Framework First.

Program description: When you provide your mobile number to Framework First (for example, by submitting a form on frameworkfirst.com, completing a lead form, or providing it during a call or appointment), you may receive text messages from a Framework First representative related to your inquiry or project — including responses to your questions, appointment and factory-tour scheduling, property-analysis and site-visit coordination, and follow-ups. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive promotional texts such as offers, event and tour invitations, and educational tips.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Marketing messages, if you opt in, are recurring and limited to approximately four (4) messages per month.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Framework First does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages from that number unless you opt back in.

Consent: Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Framework First. Consent to conversational/customer-care texts and consent to marketing texts are separate; opting out of one does not affect the other.

Carriers: Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

6. Disclaimers
