This policy covers Framework First, Inc., 1610 Moffett Street, Suite C, Salinas, CA 93905 (CSLB #1047146, MFG #1595931), and applies to frameworkfirst.com, our forms, our job application at apply.frameworkfirst.com, and our text message programs.
Information we collect
When you contact us, request a tour, or start a feasibility study, we collect the information you choose to share: typically your name, phone number, email, and property address. We use it only to respond to you and to provide the services you request.
How we use it
To answer your questions, schedule appointments, prepare your feasibility study, and keep you updated on your project. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with the partners needed to serve you, for example a lending partner you ask to be introduced to, and only with your awareness. We never publish client addresses; our build map shows neighborhood areas only.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing client@frameworkfirst.com or calling (831) 432-7721.
SMS / text messaging and mobile information
If you provide your mobile number and give us your express consent, Framework First will send you text messages such as appointment reminders, property analysis updates, project status updates, and account notifications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
If you apply for a job with us and check the optional text message box on our application, or you are an employee who gave consent during onboarding, Framework First will send you text messages about your application or employment, such as interview and tryout scheduling, status updates, onboarding instructions, and first-day details. Consent is not a condition of employment or of applying.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can get assistance by replying HELP or by contacting us at client@frameworkfirst.com or (831) 432-7721.
No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS consent, and the opt-in consent itself, are not shared with any third party for their own marketing. Information may be shared with vendors acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages you agreed to receive. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.
California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, and Meta and TikTok advertising pixels to measure and improve our ads. Sharing information with those advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising is considered "sharing" under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We automatically honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, we skip loading the Meta and TikTok pixels for you, no action needed on your part. As a California resident you also have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to opt out of that sharing manually, to ask us to correct or delete your information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
