“Framework First is an incredible PreFab home. It really is a home! I did a lot of research on a number of PreFab options; some others felt like small, short-term guest houses you wouldn't want to live in. Our ADU has a walk-in closet, high ceilings, a full kitchen with a peninsula, a built-in bookcase, large windows, and a sliding glass door, with beautiful lighting both inside and out. All of this was included in the price, and we were never asked to pay anything more. Everyone at Framework First was absolutely great to work with. We absolutely LOVE our ADU!”

- 1. We turn down properties that aren’t a fit. When a feasibility study ends in a “not feasible” finding because the property cannot host an ADU, the homeowner gets that fee back. That self-selection keeps the wrong builds from ever starting.
- 2. All-inclusive pricing in writing, built around your property. Every price on our models page includes a permitting budget built in, along with plans, foundation, the factory build, crane delivery, utility hookups, appliances, and final inspection. Permit costs are set by each city and county, so we confirm your exact number in the feasibility study, and property-specific work like septic upgrades or retaining walls is priced in-house as part of your contract instead of landing on you as a surprise.
- 3. Real people answer the phone. No offshore call center. Call and we’ll connect you with the right specialist, and clients often meet our CEO Cathy in person when they tour the factory in Salinas. That continuity is what reviewers describe again and again.
