His Role
Austin runs operations: the factory floor, the build schedule, and the final quality check on every home. When your ADU is being built, Austin is the one keeping it on track and making sure it meets the standard the family holds every build to.
He's often the one who comes to your property for the site visit, measuring crane and trailer access and confirming the home can be delivered exactly where you want it. Whether it's Austin or another member of our team, by delivery day they already know your lot.
Behind the scenes, Austin is also the one sequencing the whole operation: which build starts when, which materials get staged where, and how the factory schedule, the foundation crew, and the crane all land on the same day. It's the choreography that turns a 16-to-24-month site build into a matter of months.
Every home that rolls out of our Salinas factory has passed his checklist. Nothing leaves the building until it's right.
