FRAMEWORK FIRST is a fast-growing Modular Home Builder looking for driven and goal-focused individuals to join our team, and this time we are seeking an experienced Residential Plumbing Assistant! (Official Title: Utility Technician)

We are looking for someone who is highly experienced with residential plumbing work. Everything from rough-in to setting finishes on a new, residential construction.

As a Residential Plumbing Assistant at FRAMEWORK FIRST, you should be proficient in doing all rough-in plumbing, from running drain lines to waterlines. As well as setting finished plumbing fixtures and testing.

The Residential Plumbing Assistant can be expected to work in a fast-paced environment working on various accessory dwelling unit (ADU) models offered by FRAMEWORK FIRST. You will join a team of Utility Technicians who are responsible for all plumbing work on our homes.

FRAMEWORK FIRST is searching for exceptional talent that would like to join our team and grow in a long-lasting relationship as we expand. Join other team members in growing and utilizing our systemized approach for building new homes.

Once the house is framed, you should be able to confidently do all rough-in plumbing (all drain lines and waterlines primarily ran with PEX, according to current code with a high standard of quality. Residential Plumbing Assistant should also be capable of setting finishes (toilets, bathroom faucets, kitchen faucets, garbage disposals, shower fixtures, water heaters and more.)

About 90% of work is done indoors at the FRAMEWORK FIRST factory, which allows for better work conditions, less travelling to job site, and consistent work that is not dependent on weather.

You will be required to explain previous jobs where you have experienced these roles & responsibilities with examples. If you have your own tools and they are in good condition, you may use them (unless they are determined to be unsafe.) Tools will be provided.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must follow all of FRAMEWORK FIRST’s core values.
• Must consistently show up to work on time (or early).
• Practices safety procedures consistently.
• Must enjoy a busy, high-energy, and positive atmosphere.

Job Specifics:

• Location: 1610 Moffett Street, Salinas, CA
• Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 4:00PM
• Pay Range: Starting at $30 per hour
• In-Person: At the Framework First factory
• Status: Looking for someone to start immediately.
