What You Will Be Doing
You will work on a production line building complete residential modular units indoors with a skilled team. Typical tasks include:

• Rough framing to spec
• House wrap and weatherproofing
• Windows, doors, siding, trim, flashing
• Roofing (asphalt shingles)
• Interior doors, casing, baseboard
• Cabinets, vanities, hardware
• Flooring, tile waterproofing and setting
• Final punch (mirrors, towel bars, shelving, appliances)

Who This Role Is For

• 3+ years framing or residential carpentry (this is not entry level)
• Strong with a tape, saw, nail gun, and layout
• Can read plans and follow build specifications
• Takes safety seriously
• Likes working as part of a fast moving team
• Shows up on time, in clean work attire, ready to go
• Coachable and wants to keep learning multiple phases, not just one task

Who This Role Is Not For

• People who bounce between jobs or call out regularly
• Carpenters who only want slow custom work and resist standard processes
• Anyone who needs constant supervision to stay productive

Pay And Details

• Pay: Starting at $30 per hour, DOE
• Full time, 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
• Location: In person at our Salinas factory
• Start date: Immediate
