Framework First is all about a speedy delivery, but the city sometimes has different things in mind. This is proof of accountability. If the city says we’re good, we got 4 months or we’ll cover the entire delivery at no charge to you.

Once our accessory dwelling unit (ADU) touches down in your backyard and is installed, you’ll be ready to file any necessary paperwork to get your ADU listing up and running!
