Feasibility Study
In-Depth Research Before Starting Your Project Investing Time Altering Your Property Purchasing Plans Contacting Your City/County
How It Works.
Every property and project is unique. So before we begin your project, we want to make sure that we fully understand what’s necessary for your property.
We’ll contact your town / city / county to begin gathering information, researching what’s possible for your property, learn what requirements & setbacks apply, and discover how much permit fees & other property-specific fees apply to you.
At Framework First, a Feasibility Study is the first look into what’s truly possible for your property before completely starting your project.

100% Money-Back Guarantee
If we are unable to deliver an ADU / home to your property after conducting a Feasibility Study or you are out of our service area, we will refund you 100% of the amount. If we're unable to be of service to you then we will not take your money. Please note that choosing to not move forward does not admit to a refund.
Average Timeline: 2 Weeks
The Feasibility Study takes about two weeks to complete, although depending on your location and property it can be as soon as one week or as long as one month. Unfortunately, the rate we research and gather information is dependent on local jurisdictions and is out of our control.
100% Applies to Your Project
The amount spent on the feasibility study will apply 100% to your project with Framework First! A Feasibility Study is necessary for all projects & properties, so when you choose to take the leap forward to learn about what's actually possible for your property, that amount is discounted off your project.
