Cathy was such a helpful and kind advisor to work with. It didn't work out for our home to have a detached ADu since the option for my house was to extend our garage, but I would definitely go back to Framework First based on the conversation I had with Cathy, if I need a detached ADU in the future. She was knowledgeable and provided a set of recommendations that fit into our needs.

We are considering adding an additional living space to our property that's in the City limits. The appointment I made and the resulting conversation I had with one of their representatives was most informative and gave us several options to choose from for doing this. I appreciate the time and expertise they shared with us even though their company will not be able to work with us due to a too narrow driveway.
