FRAMEWORK FIRST is a fast-growing Modular Home Builder looking for driven and goal-focused individuals to join our team, and this time we are seeking an experienced Project Manager!

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction both in factory and on-site. They should be proficient with using Project Management software and highly knowledgeable in new, residential construction. Most if not all projects will be accessory dwelling units (ADUs).

The Project Manager will be expected to plan, coordinate and oversee numerous construction projects simultaneously. The Project Manager must all ensure that project deadlines are met and resolve any issues, delays or conflicts preventing further progress.

The main objective of the Project Manager is to ensure the project timeline stays on track and that there is strong communication between the factory crew, on-site crew, planning team and operations manager. Although not as often, expect to communicate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and more. The Project Manager should be familiar with safety regulations, quality control measures, and new residential construction.

As a Project Manager at FRAMEWORK FIRST, you can expect to track the progress of every active project, visit various project locations, update project notes in the project management software, create daily/weekly reports, and communicate directly to the operations manager.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, & safety regulations

• Proficient in using project management software

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Related Field
• Must follow all of FRAMEWORK FIRST’s Core Values.
• Must consistently show up to work on time (or early).
• Must have a positive attitude and enjoy a busy work environment.

Job Specifics:

• Location: 1610 Moffett Street, Salinas, CA
• Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30AM – 4:00PM
• Pay: Starting at $40 per hour
• In-Person: At the Framework First Factory & On-Site
• Status: Looking for someone to start immediately.
