FRAMEWORK FIRST is a fast-growing Modular Home Builder looking for driven and goal-focused individuals to join our team, and this time we are seeking an experienced Account Executive!
We are looking for an experienced Salesperson who has general knowledge on construction.
As an Account Executive at Framework First, you will be expected to follow our sales system & SOPs while working independently & remote. Account Executives will be contacting warm leads generated from marketing, and will be provided with booked appointments (after proving skill & knowledge) which will occur over Google Meet. All virtual meetings will be recorded and held over Google Meet.
Account Executives will be taught the sales process at Framework First, which includes factory tours & site visits, but in no way need sales training. Account Executives should expect to have a driver’s license for reliable transportation to both the client’s property and our factory in Salinas, California.
Account Executives will be expected to show up during opportunities to showcase or display Framework First’s ADUs/homes and services, such as Factory Tours, Open Houses & Delivery Days.
Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Memorize & follow FRAMEWORK FIRST’s Core Values.
- Self starter who can work independently while accurately following SOPs.
- Communicates consistently with Framework First Sales & Marketing Team.
- Dresses in FRAMEWORK FIRST attire when doing site visits, factory tours, delivery days and when communicating with the client or team. (Provided After Trial Period)
- Shows the drive to want to do better for themselves & the team.
- Respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude.
- Willing to undergo learning, including but not limited to, Framework First Onboarding Course, OSHA Safety Procedures, etc.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Driver’s License
- Must follow all of FRAMEWORK FIRST’s core values.
- Must consistently show up to work on time (or early).
- Attend Team Meetings (virtually)
- Understands general safety procedures
Job Specifics:
- Location: 1610 Moffett Street, Salinas, CA
- Hours: Full-Time
- Pay Range: $80,000 – $240,000 per year
- In-Person Required: At the Framework First factory, on site & remote.
- Status: Looking for someone to start immediately.
