Welcome to Framework First! We’re a family-owned and operated modular home builder based out of Monterey County, California.

Originally, operating as a general contractor for decades all over California, our focus is now in efficiently creating high-quality housing for everyone. 

Framework First now operates as a Modular Home Builder, with our factory / showroom located in our hometown.

Constructing indoors and off-site has allowed us to accelerate how quickly we can help the community. All while avoiding the weather damage, delays, unexpected costs, and more that comes with on-site construction.
